Not another personality test!?!

Idea stolen from the journal of heartssdesire:

From the website:
The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

So... if you are so inclined... follow this link and describe me in 5 or six words. And be honest... part of the purpose is to determine what my blind spots are.

Then if you want you can get your own Johari Window when you are done. Isn't that exciting? ;)
