BlueRose and a political happy

How cool is it that on the very first meeting of the BlueRose Open Feri Circle we would find that Sarah Palin has been found guilty?

Well... enough of that. Thank you to everyone who showed up tonight. We began with a little introduction, then moved into a Three Souls alignment/grounding, followed by a circle casting (by the fabulous Puck) and then I did a little BlueRose rite we call "Opening the Crossroads". The Guardians were invoked and then we moved into a trance-telling of our Creation Myth, followed by a blessing with Oil in the presence of the Goddess (by Chas) a cone of power, and then... feasting!

It was a great turn-out and there was some great food and conversation afterward. I look forward to this evolving as we move into the future. Remember... we will have one on the 2nd Friday of every month. Mark your calendars! Bring some food!

Sounds great. I will try to schedule a future trip so that I can attend a circle. I'd love to hear more about the opening the crossroads rite.

What was f-ing hysterical was their campaign trying to pre-empt what they knew to be a negative report by issuing their own report clearing her of all wrongdoing. That's what we could expect from their administration ... sleaze and slime, followed by coverups.

Yep. Faboo! Just what I needed. The company was excellent. I'll miss the Nov. one while traveling, but look forward to future juicy circles!

Hey, I just wanted to let you know, Naomi Wolf will be speaking in Berkeley on Monday, if you're interested. Link here.
I'm pretty sure I'll be going, and I really think getting people thinking and TALKING about this stuff is important.
And, I'm irritated at myself for not being online more, or I probably would have been at your open Feri circle. :-/ I'm still going to see your shop before I head back the midwest though.
